USA Pre-Departure Seminar - Education USA

Greetings from EducationUSA Hong Kong!

EducationUSA is a U.S. Department of State initiative to promote U.S. higher education to students by offering free accurate, comprehensive, and current information about opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary U.S. institutions.

We will host a free Pre-Departure Seminar and would like to invite your students who are going to participate in a university level exchange program or pursue a university level degree in the United States to join us. The seminar’s details are as follows:

Date: June 21, 2016 (Tuesday)

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30PM

Place: G/F, Lecture Theatre, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay

Language: Cantonese (Visa presentation in English)

The aim of the seminar is to provide your students who plan to travel to the U.S. with information on applying for a U.S. student visa, housing, cultural adjustment, and how to open a banking account and transmit money from Hong Kong or Macau. The event is free and open to the public, but we ask that participants RSVP via:
